HOW A DELIVERY WORKS
What every parcel goes through
Verification first
Travelers complete ID verification before they are able to accept parcels, and both pickup and delivery are confirmed by Secure QR Code.
Payment held until delivery
Payment is held when a match is confirmed and released only once the receiver confirms delivery.
Clear parcel rules
What may travel is listed on the prohibited items page, and travelers see the declared contents and category before deciding to accept.
Trips that already run
A parcel rides a journey somebody is already making, so it does not add a separate delivery run for someone else.
